How To Order
We pride ourselves on offering you a personal service and working with you to ensure your exact requirements are met, therefore we do not have an online ordering facility. But ordering is easy, just follow these simple steps:
| Sample |
Request a sample of your favourite design(s) from us via selecting the ‘Order Sample’ buttons on our 'Designs & Product Ranges' page. |
| Proof & Confirmation |
Once you are happy with the sample(s) we will confirm your requirements by telephone/email and send you an order confirmation together with final proofs of your wedding stationery. Please check all the details and advise of any changes. We will request a 25% deposit to secure your order and to allow production to commence. |
| Delivery |
Goods will be delivered free of charge within Darlington. Deliveries can be made within a 15 mile radius of Darlington charged at £5.00. Otherwise goods will be delivered by FedEx Next Day, Royal Mail Special Next Day or Recorded delivery. A small packing charge will be added to the cost of delivery.

| Payment |
An invoice will be despatched with the goods. The deposit paid will be deducted from the final invoice. We ask that payment is made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Payment accepted by Paypal, Cheque or Cash. |
When To Order
- As a guide, we would recommend that orders for Invitations & RSVP cards are placed at least five to six months before your wedding date for sending out three to four months before your wedding. Save-The-Date cards can be ordered as early as you want.
- Once your guests have replied to your invitations, you can then work out your seating plan. Your Reception venue will tell you how many tables you will have and where they will be placed. We can then start working on your table plan, table name and place setting cards.
- If you require a full set of wedding stationery we recommend that you order all of your stationery at once to ensure continuity of your design.
How Many To Order
- Allow one Invitation per family/couple (you may wish to order a few extra for any additional guests you might decide to ask at a later date).
- Allow one Order of Service/Order of the Day per couple (you may wish to order a few extra for evening guests who may wish to attend the ceremony). The details within your Order of Service/Order of the Day will need to be agreed with your Church/Venue before you submit them to us.
What To Include
- You may wish to include maps/travel information, accomodation details, wedding gift list/wishing well poem, any dress requirements (ie black tie) within your invitations. We can print these for you at a small charge.
- Invitations normally go out from the hosts, which is traditionally the brides’ parents, and are generally written in the third person (i.e. Mr & Mrs Jones). Traditionally the brides name appears before the groom. But there is nothing to say you can’t break convention and word your invitations however you want!
