- The above prices for Save-The-Date cards, Invitations, RSVP notes and Thank You cards include plain matching envelopes. Other coloured, pearlised and/or textured envelopes are available at an additional £0.15 each.
- We use premium white, ivory or cream 220gsm card in plain, linen or hammer texture as standard, and the inserts are printed on premium 90gsm paper. Other coloured, pearlised and/or textured card or paper is available and prices are available upon request.

Ordering Your Stationery
As a guide, we would recommend that orders for Invitations & RSVP cards are placed at least four months before your wedding date for sending out two-three months before your wedding. Save-The-Date cards can be ordered as early as you require. Allow one Invitation per family/couple (and you may wish to order a few extra for any changes made when writing them out or any extra guests you may decide to ask at a later date).
Tip: you may also wish to consider including maps/travel information, accommodation details and/or wedding gift list with your invitations.
Allow one Order of Service per couple (and you may wish to order a few extra for evening guests who may also wish to attend the ceremony). The details within your Order of Service will need to be agreed with your Church/Venue before you submit them to us (preferably as an attached MS Word file).
Once your guests have replied to your invitations, you can then work out your seating plan. Your Reception venue will tell you how many tables you will have and where they will be placed. Once you have determined this information and decided who sits where, contact us and we can then start working on your table plan.
If you require a full set of stationery, we recommend that you order all of your stationery at once, with estimated numbers if exact quantities are not known, so we can ensure continuity of your design.
An order confirmation will be sent to you together with proofs of your stationery and we will request that a 20% deposit is to be paid. We ask that you check the proofs over carefully to ensure you are fully satisfied, and confirm back to us before production can commence. Full payment of the balance is requested to be made within 7 days from receipt of delivery.
Free of charge hand-deliveries will be made where possible in the local area. Alternatively, we are happy to deliver wherever you are by Royal Mail Special Delivery and charges will depend upon weight and size. We kindly ask that you provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the stationery.
