Newsletter Sign Up

As part of the registration process for our newsletter, we only collect your name, email address and wedding date. We collect this either by you signing up online (via our website or social media profiles); in person at wedding fayres/events (via our app); or when you express interest in our products/services (by you either making an enquiry or requesting sample products). We only use your information to tell you about wedding stuff that you have either asked us to tell you about or that we think you might be interested in as a bride/groom.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our e-newsletters.


When you purchase a product online from our website your name, address, email, contact number and wedding details will be stored securely in our purchasing system Woocommerce. For online purchases Coochicoo Cards engages the services of a third-party company, Paypal to process the payments. This third party has limited access to your information and may only use your information to perform this task on our behalf. For more information, please see Paypal’s privacy policy.

Visitors To Our Website

When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
