T & Cs


It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully check the proofs and to notify Coochicoo Cards of any mistakes or amendments. It is the responsibility of the customer to sign and return a copy of the order confirmation, together with any amendments and the deposit before production can commence. Any mistakes identified after the proof and order confirmation has been checked and accepted by the customer, will be rectified at the customers cost. By signing the Order Confirmation the customer agrees to the terms and conditions that are in place.

Any delays in checking the proof, returning the order confirmation and paying the deposit may result in delays to the delivery of your order.

Coochicoo Cards are happy to make one free home visit/consultation during the course of the order process within a 20 mile radius of Darlington. Any subsequent home visits/consultations, or those beyond a 20 mile radius, will be charged at £20 per trip.

If any alterations need to be made once the order confirmation and deposit have been returned to Coochicoo Cards, these may be done but only as long as production has not yet commenced. If production has commenced then a charge will apply.

Coochicoo Cards cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order caused by circumstances beyond the control of Coochicoo Cards.

As all products are handmade, slight variations may occur in production.

We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have accepted, signed and returned your order confirmation we guarantee the price will remain as stated on the signed and returned order confirmation.

All hired goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Any loss or damage is payable by the customer and the full replacement cost will be charged.


Goods may be hand delivered within a 10 mile radius of Darlington. For all other locations goods will be delivered either by Courier, Royal Mail Special or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. It is at the discretion of Coochicoo Cards to determine the most appropriate method of delivery.

CoochiCoo cards accept no responsibility for loss, delay or damage of any items once they have been despatched.


Full payment is required for orders placed online either by Paypal or Cheque. The goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared our account.

For orders placed face to face, by email or telephone, a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total order value is payable upon acceptance of order confirmation. An invoice will be dispatched with the goods and we request that payment is made by return upon receipt of goods. Payment accepted by BACS, Cheque or Cash.  The deposit will be retained until the full order has been supplied and it will be deducted from the final invoice.

Refunds and Cancellations

In the event an order, or any part of an order, is cancelled by the customer the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, Coochicoo Cards are unable to refund or replace any unwanted or cancelled goods.

Should you wish to cancel your order once work has commenced the full invoice amount must be paid and any payments made are non refundable.
